Do I pay anything before you build it?
No. We build your website first and show it to you, and you only pay once you're happy with it. Then we launch it on your domain.
How long does it take to build my website?
Your website is built within a day of receiving your details. We review it with you, and once you're happy with it, we launch it on your domain.
What if I don't like my website?
Tell us what's not right and we'll change it until you're happy with it. If you're still not happy, you don't pay anything, and we won't launch it.
What's included in the $997?
Everything needed to get your business online: a custom design, the build, mobile-friendly layouts, search-engine-ready structure and copy, a review with you before launch, launching it live on your own domain, and your first year of hosting. You pay once you're happy with your website, either in one go or at $89 a month over your first year (paying in one go works out $71 cheaper).
Can I pay monthly instead of $997 in one go?
Yes. You can pay $89 a month for your first year instead, starting once you're happy with your website. It covers the same thing, including your first year of hosting. From your renewal date it drops to $49 a month (or $500 a year). There's no lock-in, so you can cancel within the first 12 months.
What does hosting include?
Fast, secure hosting, your domain name, the SSL certificate (the padlock), keeping the site updated and healthy, and up to 4 changes a year. Your first year of hosting is included in the $997 (or the $89 a month first-year plan).
What happens after the first year?
Hosting continues at $49 a month, or $500 a year if you'd rather pay annually and save $88. Your domain and content stay yours, and you can cancel any time.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No, on either option. If you pay the $997 in one go, your first year of hosting is included, and after that there's no minimum term. If you pay $89 a month for your first year, you can cancel within the first 12 months. From your renewal date, pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay yearly if you prefer.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain, words, photos and logo are yours. If you ever decide to move on, we'll transfer your domain to you and hand over a copy of your website.
Can I make changes after my site is live?
Yes. Up to 4 changes a year are included in your hosting, like updating prices, swapping photos or adding a new service. Beyond that, a change fee applies, and we'll always tell you the cost before we start.
